Unable to make call although I paid to idea

On 9th Feb 18, I purchased idea cellular’s plan of 199 rs with unlimited calls even in roaming but I m not able to make outgoing call. I made complaint on 15 Feb since then I complained many times but everyone is saying , please bear with us it will resolve. But still it’s not resolved. Already 14 days have been completed now 14 r remaining.So basically they looted me. It might be possible 199 doesn’t matter for idea but it matters alot for me.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in.
