No refund from for defective product

I had ordered a kids giraffe wall clock from and received the order on 14th of June. I have raised a return request on the same day as the quality of the wall clock was subpar and the needles were bent and even after putting batteries the clock wasn’t moving. I have called them thrice already and they said they will get back to me within 48 hours. But still haven’t received any single email or call from them yet. Today is 24th June and already 10 days have passed. They haven’t initiated return also, I don’t know if they are looking for a replacement! I don’t want it replaced as it a cheap quality material. I want the money refunded. Order ID: 303133836 from
