My courier against document dated 18/10/2019 booked from Kolkatta to Sanquelim-Goa is still not delivered to me. Your courier person at Sanquelim Goa center is asking for collecting it from your office. We get the door delivery for all other courier services persons why not from you.
secondly your courier person does not have manners to speak to customers. Such a rude person, not fit for customer service. If this is the case then you should not book and accept the courier/document in the first place. The document is very very urgent. I do not expect such kind of delay from DTDC.
kindly ask your person to deliver the same urgently. OR otherwise i will go ahead with Consumer Forum in this matter. No K32955394
