Non delivery of goods by vlebazaar.in

I had ordered a mobile on the online portal vlebazaar.in  on 10th June through credit card payment. However I haven’t received the item nor its status as yet. My mails including a request for cancellation are not being answered.  Phone calls to the customer service too are either disconnected or not answered.  A recorded message says that all our executives are busy and  my number has been noted and  will be answered. But nobody is calling back.

    Issue resolved as the customer got refund.

    I cancelled my order but not get my refund .
