Non delivery of order by themusk, no refund made

I have order a top from The Musk (https[:]//themusk.in/) on 18 march 2025, order id #1xxxx4. Today is 21st april, the store has neither delivered my product, nor cancelled my order after repeated requests on whatsapp chat & email. before this when I had order a top, the quality was so bad that I returned it, hoping to get refund in my account, but I was given store credit instead. So I took another chance and now with this second order, their team is behaving so unprofessionally. There’s so much delay first of all, plus yxxxh (he claims that he is the owner of this store) repeatedly says that they can only give store credit. No such policy is mentioned on their website. and customers have the right to get full payment back through original payment mode if online stores are not able to provide timely & quality services/products.
