Non delivery of things by Porter Movers and packers

I have ordered my house shifting from chennai to ahmedabad through porter packers and movers. My things were picked on 12th of august 2023 and i have paid 28000 till now (80?) the promised delivery date was 24 th august but now 30th august and there is no any proper communication regarding the status of the order and goods not reached ahmedabad till now.

Also Porter has processed order through the third party which was not communicated to me during initial ordering
