I haven’t received my PAN Card which should have been delivered by now. It was picked up on the 11th July by the courier company named Velex Logistics, when i tracked it on their website, it shows it has arrived at the final destination New Delhi on the 20th July, however i still haven’t received the PAN card at my registered address in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. The company doesn’t have any communication channel, no one picks up the phone, neither they reply to my e-mails. The Airway Bill number is 23311083719. The only e-mail i have got is from the NSDL services, official authority of issuing Pan card. Which had the above number for tracking. Please help me in getting my Pan card.

My name is vikas. I did apply for pen card. But PAN card has been dispatched on 29-Jul-2020 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. 23311224369
Acknowledgment Number : 590709700022724
Now I have not receive to pen card by Velex logistic pvt ltd on 06-08-2020.
Pls arrange the pan card on mention address.
