Not getting incoming calls on Idea Cellular

I m using idea Cellular network. I m not geting incoming calls and this happen 2 times without intimations they have stoped my incoming calls. I called them around 20 Times they say your issue will get resolve in two hours but this not happened. How can incoming calls get off due to there mistake
Due to this problem I m facing problems in my business.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
