Today at 02:34 AM I boarded ola cab (driver name Rxxxxi Txxxxxr). I took this cab from Rajiv Chowk metro station delhi to dilshad colony. Initially when I borded cab ola shown me cab rent Rs. 219 however when I deboarded they deducted Rs. 281. Ola has deducted 100 rs extra as a toll charged while I travelled from delhi to delhi only we haven’t crossed any border. Driver also saying sir I haven’t paid any toll and we haven’t gone through any border however Ola denying from paying my money back. Its a very painful as it happened with me earlier also on 11-Nov-2017 also they deducted Rs. 200 for toll charges while it should be Rs. 100. I have more instances for the same toll charges
