Online cheating by a fraud Data Entry Company

On 19.06.2019 at 12:51 PM, I had registered online for data entry work and paid Rs. 850/- to them. I got a confirmation mail regarding login details and password to start the work after 1 hour. But they haven’t responded or replied. I have made several follow-ups through mail. Even I tried reaching out to their contact number given on their website, but couldn’t get through.

Though it is a small amount, the cheating cannot be tolerated at all. I agree I made mistake by trusting a fraud company but now I want your kind intervention in this mater. Kindly let me know what can I do or please take immediate action against the culprit.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
