Tower installation fraud and demand for money

Recently we got frauded by in the name of airtel tower telecom installation company. first they asked to transfer 5000 to one bank account after that sent some documents related to confirmation order and the day after asked 23500 to pay government tax. Then they asked 40000 as a bank manager commission but still we haven’t paid that amount and they continuously asking for the money…how can we reclaim the amount and file a case against them. Is there any possibilities to caught them by relevant government department.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
