I paid Edukado Solutions 47k in November 2022 and enrolled for 2 courses online with this company. For one course which is “SAFe POPM” they charged 25k and for “ITIL V4” course they charged me 22k. One course training was done and everything went well. But for another course which is “ITIL V4”, even after months and months of follow ups I didn’t receive complete material, and exam voucher. So I could not attend the exam for my certification. I have been following them since November 2022. After numerous follow ups in March 2023 they finally agreed to refund the amount by March month end. Today is April 21, 2023 and I still didn’t not receive the refund. I am tired of following with them. I missed many job offers which needed this certification due go their irresponsible behaviour. It caused me lot of stress and lost a lot of my time and job offers Hence I want to sue them for 1 lakh rupees.
