Few days back I was in shortage of money for my needs, so I decided to do some online data entry job , then I get to know about workfromhome site – M/s MB India services has offered me some onlinework for Rs. 30000 – work of 10days to fill 1500 forms with 1350cutoff – and made one online agreement by taking my adhar details.
Condition is if I failed I need to pay 4900/- as penalty. So I started my work on 07.02.2019 as they provided user id, password and online link and completed my work on 17.02.19 as per agreement and submitted to ff.helpline.gmail.com, after 3days they mailed me the failed QC report.
Very next day I got a mail from Mr Yxxxxh Pxxxxl advocate associate- for rescinding the contract and he failed a case agaist me for penalty amount.
I was asking for the reverification of my report because I was sure my data was correct, here advocate is not at all interested in discussion. Without giving proper time and discussion he failed a case agaist me for section 420 etc he mentioned my case no. 1200176.
1. M/s MB India services is fraud , they use one advocate for harasing the user those who works for 10days data entry.
2. Mr. Yxxxxh Pxxxxil, has sent me an attachment in pdf with all wrong info, letter dated was 14.02.19 and issued the letter on 21.02.19. He mentioned work deadline of 15days of 1500forms, actual agreement say only 10days.
3. He said my deadline date was crossed, but I submitted my work on 17th within time bond.
4. Contact details for in attachment is given for query but not working – 7xxxxxxxxx4.
Finally I asked to M/s India services for reverification they ignored, now advocate is harasing for money of 4900 penalty + 3000 extra to looting user’s money.

* Here my request you to investigate advocated and company n take legal action against them for fraud.
After working for 10days for them , they harasing for money no company of data entry will not ask for money if some target not achieve.
So I decided, complain about it.
Help me out for futher.
