Order confirmation not received from Yepme

On 1-Jan-2018 i have order 2 shirt from yepme.com and paid from net banking money is deducted from my account(Im attaching screen shot of my account deducted amount) Still showing pending for verification But not receive the confirmation of the order I had called yepme customer care numbers on 66372424 with long hold for a hour even, they people not responding at all also mail to yepme mailing address but yet not received any reply. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
