We have place an order through paytm mall for purchase of shoes, they have delivered through bluedart courier through docket no. 34855203913 dated 15 jan 17,on 16 Jan courier out for delivery but not received, I have called customer care at least 10 times and they have confirmed on every day that parcel will deliver today or within hour. But till 23rd Jan 17, parcel not delivered. Now when I go to bluedart office at sarkhej ahmedabad offices, they said docket has been return on 22nd Jan 17.i just want to inform about customer care lie. And strict action must have taken.
