I have placed the order of three items cost of Rs 2787.00 on the online shopping portal of http//bagsplanet.in. through there given order no – 13430. After more than a month I have not received the order I placed. Many time I registered the complaint on there online contact info, but there is no response from there side.

Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue.
