On Flipkart I purchased football . I received it duplicate form so requested for return. Return cancled 3times and showing that I received it but not. Again I requested for return at 28 Dec now today 18dec I again received that return has been cancelled.i want proper solution.because they are not responding.

I ordered a leather jacket of penymall from Flipkart which fall short in size when I tried it to me after delivery.
I placed a refund/return request for it, but the ekart wishmaker denied to receive it because the received brand doesn’t match the returned brand.
Actually what has happened Flipkart has packed a jacket of brand WILSON without any price tag in to the packed and named it penymall.hence ekart team denied to receive it.
Flipkart team working from 17th Dec to till date but they are not able to return the product yet.They have almost placed 6 return requests but all of them got cancelled due to the same issue.They are assuring me again and again that the issue will be resolved by this date and blah blah.
Day by day they are extending the deadline.
Kindly suggest how can I take action against Flipkart.
