i purchased a microwave oven through debit card emi by paying 12849 through hdfc debit card on 23rd sep2017 but flipkart couldn’t delivered it till 10th oct 2017 so i canceled it on11th oct . i then contacted their customer support regarding my refund but they are keep harassing me with new dates i tried to filed a complaint in the district consumer court but they also harassed me with dates and then told me my case is not in their jurisdiction then i mailed my complaint to the state commission but haven’t heard them also it’s now been three months i’m paying emi for a product i never bought.
