Sir, 3 months before i paid Rs. 300/- to one orix enterprise for data entry job but was not able to complete the job. They demanded Rs. 10, 000/- as penalty and i paid it. They thereafter demanded money several times and threatened me stating initiation of legal action and i paid Rs. 62, 000/- in total. After some days they called me demanding money but i didn’t make payment. Today i received a call stating to be from the arbitration court and that i have to be present before the court in person and they will send a legal notice to my address. What shall i do sir?
