Overpricing of cold drinks by retail shop

Me and my friend can out after shopping and ordered two Mountain Dew in the shop next to the main gate of Big Bazaar, Gulbarga, and later found the charge to be 20 rupees on each cold drink, 8 rupees more than the MRP rate. When asked for the reason for extra charges the shop keeper responded rudely and refused to give a proper explanation. I asked for the bill and in the bill too the amount is 20 rupees. I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action.
