PAN card not delivered by Velex Logistic couriers

Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistic pvt. ltd. courier service on 17th April. They couldn’t deliver it yet and mentioning in status that address is incorrect. However I receive all my posts on this address. The contact number of concerned branch is also fake provide by the company. According to me they actually want me to receive my courier from the branch itself. Please take necessary action against the company. My courier Awb. No. is 23301148697.

    My corrected PAN card not delivered by Velex. Even after they had received it at their office. And when I tried to call them they used to tell me that “okay I will check”.
    Very disappointed service.

    Res Sir./Madam,
    I do not receive my PAN card till now from Velex courier and expected delivery date is given 29.02.2020 as online status and talking with NSDL PAN customer care. Not available contact number.
