Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistic pvt. ltd. courier service on 17th April. They couldn’t deliver it yet and mentioning in status that address is incorrect. However I receive all my posts on this address. The contact number of concerned branch is also fake provide by the company. According to me they actually want me to receive my courier from the branch itself. Please take necessary action against the company. My courier Awb. No. is 23301148697.

As per the NSDL website, they dispatched the PAN card on 20th July and when I checked the Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd. site, the status says “Shipment Arrival in NVM (Navi Mumbai) on 30th July. I had even visited their office in Navi Mumbai on 1st August. In spite of requesting, they did not give me the PAN card and said they will deliver to the address. Today is 4th August and I am still waiting for the delivery.
They don’t even give the contact number for further inquiry. No one picks up the phone (022-40420000) and no response to the emails sent (support@kerryindevexpress.com).

Why NSDL are using this worst courier service? 99 % contact number are switched off and toll free number ringing but no one is picking , is there any branch located in Delhi so that personaly i can collect.
