I had ordered 3 items from first cry on 11th Nov 2023. I had received only 2 items but all 3 items are showing as delivered. I had raised complaints to firstcry and they are not ready to refund money and they are claiming that all parcels are delivered. When I filed a complaint to firstcry, they reverted that we need to check with logistic. I don’t know who is their logistic team and why should I contact to logistic team? It is firstcry’s responsibility to check with their vendor and get the parcel detail. If they are unable to track the parcel then they should refund my amount.
Please help me on this to get this issue resolved ASAP.
