I have purchased a laptop from flipkart and I received a laptop with the wrong specifications. and i have asked for return or replacement flipkart is not accepting any resolutions
Please check the below differences
I have received Intel iris graphic card instead of 4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 and Ram frequency in the website its showing 3200 Mhz and i received 1300mhz

I called flipkart repeatedly and they are suggesting contact customer care for Return Certificate, I don’t know what that means. But i clearly see the seller added the wrong specification in flipkart is selling wrong products to customers.
Kindly help me how I can return or replace this product. I hope you understand my concern
