I was supposed to recieve a parecl by Professional Couriers. I tracked & it showed that my parcel is delivered on 24.07.2017 (Monday) & it was recieved with signature although I did not recieve the parcel.I immediately called the Professional Couriers HO & they informed that they do not have the sheet & gave me Professional Courier Kukatpally area’s contact number 040-23067862. But the phone was constantly engaed. I could not call them to know the status of my parcel. I again called up Professional Courier HO & they again said the same thing & after me speaking strictly, they gave me a number & asked me to call up in that number as it was their Manager’s number. I called him & he said after checking the system that my parcel was not delivered & that it will get delivered today (28.07.2017). Today morning I called up to know the status & the person said that he will be delivering it to me today & asked directions for my residence. This was @12.18pm. When I did not recieve the parcel till 2pm I again called & he informed me that he will deliver it by 4pm today. But till now i.e. 6:50pm, my parcel is not delivered & the delivery man either disconnecting my call or not responding.
