Park+ fasttag says insufficient balance even after balance above 500

I purchased the fast tag from Park+ some months back, when purchasing it said 99rs or some would be credited as free after activation and also many features were also mentioned. But non of these was given after activation. Tried recharging for a small amount of 20-15 rs. But nothing was given as promised.

Few days later I had to travel mumbai. I did a recharge of 500rs in it and tried the toll booth my fast tag didn’t get detected and I had to pay the amount by hand. I raised a ticket in their app and got the response as I need to pay and purchase another fasttag and then they will transfer my 500 in the new one.
Again after few days I had to go mumbai this time the fast tag got detected but said insufficient balance though I had 515 as balance and the toll amount was 270 rs.
Again raised the complainant but no action yet, and saw that all my previous made tickets were marked resolved.
