Payment not refunded by justtwice.com

I purchased three sarees from justtwice(.)com and paid for them online using my HDFC debit card on 12th September.  I got an email confirmation from Razorpay regarding the payment (which was apparently registered under Kriva Enterprise) but justtwice did not send me any order confirmation email. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the order details, which I am attaching. Soon after I placed the order, I got an sms from justtwice saying that the order was shipped, but once again I didn’t get any email from them with any tracking details. I emailed them using their customer support page requesting the order and tracking details, but got no response. I started feeling as though something was wrong and that tgis might be a fraudulent website, so I used their order confirmation sms link to cancel the order. I got an immediate sms response saying that my order had been cancelled, but they did not mention anything about giving me my refund. I emailed them repeatedly asking them for my refund but got no response.  I even contacted Razorpay on 27th September, asking them to ask the seller to give me my refund, and they said they would get back to me in “6-10 business days” but they have not responded till date. It has been a month now since I placed the order and till date I have not received my money back! Please help me get my refund!
