Complaint against MAK Enterprises for job work

I want to complain about MAK ENTERPRISES which has issued me work which I have send but they asked Rs. 10000 first , now they want Rs30500, but they are not giving any written letters or email why should I pay the amount. Now they are sending me emails & messages that they have put a case on me for 420 which the company. They are constantly calling me for the money.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013.
