Paytm not closing post paid account

I complaint about dt 21-4-2019, that wrongly i click on postpaid account of paytm, but when i said them on phone or by chat at paytm. customer care, about for closing my post paid account but they saying we don’t know about from which section was dealing it that we cant no do anything about your closing post paid account of paytm. the customer care saying it to me, then i said where i go for closing my account, but they saying same thing nobody lisstion my request for clossing my post paid account of paytem, the they also say after 48 hrs will close post account till today dated 29-04-2019, i also attached snap sort of my request, and there sms for saying, it will closed after 48 hrs , the account was linked at my phone no. 92xxxxx3.
pl help me to closing my post paid account,. solved this case as soon as possible.
