Complaint regarding Whirlpool washing machine service

I have bought a top load fully automatic washing machine in Nov. 2018. Yesterday while it was functioning it started walking and felt down from the surface where it was kept ( note stand wasn’t used). There is visibility of wire and the clothes were highly heated yesterday. After this incident.

CC is keeping my phone on hold or disconnecting call. They are sharing number of service providers who are not from my area.

Wasting my time, still on hold since last 15 minutes and it’s my 6th call in last 2 hours.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
