Paytm order not delivered by Gati courier company

I hove order a purse online from paytm. They send thorough gati international curior company. Curior reached rewari on 30 oct 17 but my curior not delivered to me. I many times call on curior company and complain about it my complain no 32708744. They give reasin that my address incomplete but i have correct address.
