Paytm provided a fake jacket that seems to be made of recycled plastic instead of wool or cotton.It costed me Rs.2110 by it’s not worth even 300. If a product is fake,it will be fake forever after 7 days or 1000 years. I was informed that it will be delivered on 11th December but it was delivered on 7th when I was out of town. I came back on 16th,saw the jacket and asked for return immediately,now they are saying there was only 7 days policy. I have heard so many cases of Paytm Mall tricking people into buying cheap quality product and not returning their money.
Please blacklist PaytmMall or take very serious action to shut it down.
