The bed got delivered more than a week back. Was happy that it got delivered quite early as lot of people had complained of late delivery. However, the delivery was done at 9PM. I was very disappointed on seeing the bed as they had delivered it with incomplete alteration. Sides chopped n that’s it. No finishing, the edges were uneven n rough and no polish was done. Since then have been calling them and mailing them but no action. It has become highly frustrating to get just one response from them and that is ‘tomorrow for sure it will be done’. Still waiting for it to be fixed. Unprofessional people as they removed my review from their website and fb page. They must have removed all other bad review as well. (order no INSF126622133)
