Product not as described, Caratlane not refunding my money

I purchased a ring last month online from caratlane. It was paid by credit card and digital gold. The ring’s description and actual one was not the same, hence I travelled to their store and returned the ring in person. I was provided the receipt of return acceptance. Caratlane has refunded the credit card payment but hasn’t refunded my digital gold, worth around 6k. All reminders are falling on deaf ears, please help.

Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
