I have purchased oneplus nord 2 during october 2021 but in september one day screen of phone getting pink patch later on it covered whole screen without any physical damage, when visited to service center they told me that its not covered under one year warranty,hence have to pay charges to get it repaired accordingly i have deposited my handset to Authorised center muzaffarpur, Bihar on 29-09-2022 and they told me that phone will be repaired in 15 days but till today they are saying that screen is not available at center to repair , If there is such problem then why you sell product to market and why consumer will suffer??
