Product not received from Shopit even after payment

As i received a call from shopit india on 05march2017 as a holi offer in which i have paid the amount of rs 9999 to get the product lg refrigerator 255ltr they have send me a welcome kit includes a bag,shoe oversize belt wallet on 12march2017 and the main product i.e. lg refrigerator is still awaiting meanwhile they called me and ask me to pay 3600/- which i have refused by saying that u send the product first then only i will make a further payment Pls take a necessary action to get back my amount or the product asap.
