I have approached a travel agency called “makemyglobaltrip” fpr a 2N3D package of Mysore-Coorg and they quoted me Rs 10,500 for the same which i have agreed and paid the entire amount before i started my trip. There was no communication between their sales and booking teams. They have given me a poor accomodation. They promised us a vehicle to be with us all the three days which was not the case. They booked cabs on an hourly basis in Savaari.com and they didnt even pay the total amount to Savaar which i had to pay an extra amount of Rs 4500 from my pocket. During my trip i was in contact with booking team head Mr Rxxxu and he promised to pay the extra amount which i paid once the trip is done and he promised to pay after Jan 10 2017 which was not done till now. The amount seems to be smaller but during that time of demonitisation it was a very big amount for me and i wasted literally hours standing in line infront of ATMS for money. This is a pathetic situation i faced trying accumulate money in a new place like Mysore during my trip. This is a kind of cheating customer quoting something, delivering something and on top of it breaching the trust by promising something. This should not happen to anyone else and help me in getting money back.
