Following the introduction of GST w.e.f 1 July, 2017, Railways have withdrawn the following facilities that were available to the passengers.
1. Combined Return Journey tickets are withdrawn.
2. Separate tickets for onward journey and return journey will be issued.
3. Circular journey tickets shall be discontinued. This was useful for the long distance travellers on a pilgrimage trip visiting many places.
4. Issuance of AC class tickets from unreserved ticket counters will be discontinued.
5. Issuance cluster journey tickets from PRS shall be discontinued.
6. Except season tickets, only point to points tickets will be issued.
