I purchased Whirlpool FF265L Neo 278 DGPRM fridge from Seawood croma showroom on dated 18/3/2022. But i got damaged refrigerator ICE frame. I booked my complain to croma but there is no proper response. One person came he checked the fridge and registered a another complain. After that was trying to connect many time to seawood croma no. but no one is picking up call. Than I called to croma onloline custmore care no. From there also I am not getting proper response.
Thus you are requested to kindly intervine qand sjpport us to get replace with new ICE frame of my fridge.
