Long time Profit club member lost big money now

Being a long time profit club member at present highly worried about my money in 2 cards around Rs.16000/- are still pending and your all stores in Kolkata are closed since March’22 and helpline no. also not working then how will I get back my money?

FBB vouchers are also not working and all stores are closed without any notice.

I am not expecting from Future pay for this kind of behaviour with loyal members. This money is hard to earn.
No idea how to get back.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
