It is submitted that a mobile call was received by me on 19/11/2019 on my mobile to the effect that my mobile number has been selected for provind me Realme Mobile costing Rs.13500/0 for just Rs.4500/- The said mobile call was received from Mobile no.84xxxxxxx4 namely Axxxxi at Gurgaon (Haryana) Customer Care no. is 87xxxxxxxx7. I was further told that the said mobile namely Realme Mobile 4G is costing Rs.13500/- and I will be provided at Rs.4500/- on selection of my mobile number out of ten mobile numbers and mobile will be sent through parcel and I have to pay Rs.4500/- only. The said parcel was sent beairng no. EZ100530261IN and the same was received by the undersigned on 26/11/2019 by making the payment of Rs.4500/- in case at Sub Post Office Garli, Distt Kangra HP. On opening the parcel it was found that only shoes and one purse was there and no mobile was found in the parcel. I immediately contacted the said lady on her mobile no. 84xxxxxxxx4 and she directed me that myself is being directed to complaint cell and complaint was lodged to the effect that wrong parcel has been delivered to me. The said laid was speaking from mobile no.63xxxxxxx8 and assured to resolve the problem within 24 hours. The said parcel was sent from M/s Teleshopping , House no.207, Chopal Gher, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.
I request that either mobile of Realme 4G be provided or in the alternative amount of Rs.4500/- may be got refunded. In fact, Teleshopping have played cheated and played fraud with me.
