Refund of amount 794.85 from Zomato food delivery app

I have ordered few food food items from Zomato food delivery app on 13 march 2020. After ordering i cancelled it within few minutes due to some unavoidable reasons. At the time of cancellation restaurant told us that amount will be refunded by Zomato. When i tried to contact Zomato they are refusing to refund. I have done may chats with there executives. I have sent may mails to order@zomato[dot]com but no reply in return. please help
