I am here regarding the complaint on the online shopping site www.mysareemall.com I ordered a maroon colour saree from their website but received the wrong product. As per their 30 days return policy, I contacted them through mail in order to resolve my issue but there was no response from their end.They have mentioned in their website that in case of return or exchange , they will provide a return label through mail using which we can return the product and will receive the refund thereby.I have been contacting them for more than 10 days.
Now , as I have invested a lot of time and money over this issue,I want my refund for the product. Kindly resolve the issue and help me further.
