Recharge not credited by Vodafone after payment

On 7/11/2016, Rs. 222 was debited from my bank account through online transaction using Bill Desk payment gateway for recharging my Vodafone number but talk time was not provided till now. Bank said the transaction was successful and amount was credited to Vodafone but Vodafone denied.I sent them bank statement, online transaction details again and again , they replied me that they did not received amount by Bill Desk. Problem is not solved till now.
