Refund due from Swiggy for cancelling order from their end

I ordered on Swiggy. The delivery executive picked the order and never delivered the order. I reached swiggy customer support as he was not moving after half a drive-they provided his contact and spoke to him guiding enroute but he didn’t reach even than. After a while received a email from swiggy saying order cancellation as I wasn’t responding to their executive which was not. I raised a concern again through app for no response. Please help.
