Refund not received from EaseMyTrip for long time

I tried to book flight ticket on easemytrip from bengaluru to Raipur (roundtrip) on 1st august 2021 and booking failed but amount of rs17834 was deducted from my account and it was mentioned that i will. receive refund with in 7 to 8 working days but i have not received refund yet.

I followed multiple times on mail as well as call with easemytrip customer service and they are just saying wait for 24 to 48 hrs bit not refunding my amount to me

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
