Refund from GoIbibo not credited in Zest Money account

Complaint Regarding Zest Money. Value: 41999. I had booked flight ticket from Goibibo through Zest Money on June 25,2022 after there I have paid 3 emi’s also but due to some reasons I had to cancel the flight and the Goibibo company has also send the repayment between Sep 28,2022 to Nov 2,2022.But Zest Money is delayiong it for no reason.They told that it will take 7-10 business working days but its more than that now.
