Refund is not provided by easemytrip

I have booked train tickets from ease my trip.I have paid using paypal . Some of the amount was deducted directly from my account and some amount from the paypal cashback.But the ticket booking was failed after the transaction is completed.Now they are not providing me the refund under their worst policy that cashback amount can’t be refunded.Please help me to get the refund.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
