I purchased a combo of 3 cotton shirts of ?499 from whaaky, but the received product was not as per my size that’s why I asked for return. I dropped a mail to them & they asked to send the parcel on their address & promised to return money of packet as well as courier charge(in form of mobile recharge). I followed their procedure & send them the package. After getting that package they told they will complete refund in 5 days. After that they didn’t refunded money yet, it’s near about 1 month of package received by them. I tried to take follow up on that but now those cheats are not even replying. I can send you the email chain as a proof of whole conversation. Please Help.
