Refund not issued by AR properties despite having refund policy

I saw one AD on Facebook regarding plots near Bannerghatta Road named as AR Villas. After that I had discussion over call with AR properties executive name Sxxxxi. They scheduled site visit.

I went there along with my wife and I liked it on first point. I discussed with them about property price and payment where they clearly mentioned all terms and conditions including cancellation & refund. I booked one plot by making payment of RS 20000/- advance where the remaining 80 K i need to pay after 1 week. I also got the payment receipt for the same which is attached below.

Later on, I changed my mind because of financial issues plus company/land authenticity(docs were illegal) and informed the same to them regarding cancellation and asked them to refund my money i.e. 20K.

I have been following up with Sxxxxxxxxi & their company CEO. They are giving me false promise of releasing refund, till now no refund has been issued. I am a working professional, I don’t have much time & patience to keep on following up with them regarding my refund.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
